Dr. Wallace is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association and the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society.
Dr. Wallace is an honorary staff member at the Valley Care Medical Center in Pleasanton, California since 2002 for his affiliation with the hospital for 25 years. Prior to that, he was on the Neurology Staff at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio for 15 years where he finished his residency in internal medicine and neurology. In between completion of his residency and serving on the Neurology staff, he was on Active Duty as a Captain in the Army Medical Corps for a couple of years. Dr. Wallace received his Bachelor's of Science and Doctorate of Medicine at Indiana University. Go Hoosiers!
