Dr. Jacob graduated from Rutgers University in 1972 and obtained his D.C. at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, CA in 1976.
In 1978, he opened his private practice in Novato. He still maintains a private practice including the care and management of industrial and non-industrial related injuries. Dr. Jacob was introduced to Workers' Comp in the early 1980s and has been a part of the industry since. He has built his reputation on honesty, integrity and straight forwardness.
